Angela Johnson is the CEO and founder of Illuminated Woman. She lives the philosophy that the world can change one person at a time. The vision of Illuminated Woman started as a spark in a conversation Angela had with one of her closest friends. That spark turned into an idea. That idea brightened into a vision. Angela took that vision and shared it with others. As the vision was passed from person to person, illumination began.
Angela has used a decade of experience in marketing, communications, project management, and event planning and gave Illuminated Woman a place in the universe so that it can be shared with the world. Angela is forever a student, turned teacher. Her first business, Intention Jewelry, not only allowed her opportunities to design custom jewelry to match the essence of individual women, but she also learned about starting her own business. From there, she created Biz Divas, which offers other women entrepreneurs powerful networking opportunities as well as a forum to provide empowered business education. Her passion to educate and empower other women continues to grow with each step Angela takes as she travels her life’s path.
All who have met Angela are left with the feeling of her commitment to create a world shift by empowering women. When asked where her drive and determination to empower the world comes from, she tributes it to the many amazing and illuminated women in her life. “I am following their lead, and teaching others what I was taught and adding the truth that is within my core.
