Where is Ignite Your Spark Being Hosted?
Ignite Your Spark 2010 is being hosted at the Salt Lake Community College Larry H. Miller Campus located at 9750 South 300 West in Sandy, UT 84070. The location is conveniently located off of I-15 and just 20-25 minutes from the Salt Lake International airport. The Miller Campus is a five minute drive from the host hotel for our guests, which is the Summerfield Hyatt Suites. See the event details here.
I’m coming in from out of town. Where is the best hotel to stay?
Ignite Your Spark 2010 is being hosted at the Summerfield Hyatt in Sandy, Utah located at 9685 South Monroe Street in Sandy, UT 84070. The nightly rate is $99 (regularly $139/night). Let them know you are with the Illuminated Woman group. Make your reservation by calling 801-304-5700.
Do you offer a student rate?
We offer student rates of 30% off for college and high school students. Contact us for details at angela [@] illuminatedwoman [dot] com or at 435-512-9722. You will get to fax a copy of your valid student ID. Once that is received you will be given a student coupon code to use to reserve your ticket.
Do I have to be a women to attend the conference?
The Ignite Your Spark 2010 Conference is for women and men! Although some of the topics we focus on are directly for women, our commitment is to empower everyone. Many men have inquired about attending and men are absolutely welcome!
Do you offer group rates?
Yes, we highly encourage making this a girls weekend! This is also a fantastic opportunity to empower the teams you work with. Reward your employees and come with your team to this event. You will be amazed at how your productivity increases! When you purchase four or more General Admission or VIP tickets, you receive a group rate of 15% off. Tickets must be purchased all together to receive this discount. The coupon code for the group rate is: GROUP and can be applied to purchases of four tickets or more. What if I buy my ticket and I can’t attend?
Refunds must be requested in writing and sent to PO Box 9771, Salt Lake City, UT 84109. With your refund request, you must include your confirmation number form your online purchase, name, email, phone and mailing address. Refunds requested within four weeks of the event will be provided at a prorated amount. Refunds requested The first week of February will be refunded at 85%, second week of February will be refunded at 75%, third week of February will be refunded at 65%, and the week of the conference, refunds will be issued at 50%. All refunds will be sent by check 30 days after the event date.
I am flying in to Utah, how do I take care of transportation from the airport?
You will fly into the Salt Lake City International airport. It’s approximately a 15-20 minute drive from the airport to the Marriott Hotel, which is our host hotel. The convention center is just across the street from the hotel. The recommended shuttle service from the airport is Express Shuttle. There is a reservation desk in the baggage claim area of the airport. Simply go to the baggage claim area and reserve your seat with Express Shuttle. The cost is $18 per person one way (gratuity is not included). You can make a reservation ahead of time by calling the Express Shuttle toll-free number: 800-397-0773.
What other things can I do while I’m in Salt Lake City?
Salt Lake City is a beautiful area surrounded by the majestic Wasatch Mountains. Skiing is available at a number of resorts and many are within a 30-45 minute drive. What is the difference between a VIP and Regular Admission ticket?
VIP tickets are designed for people in business, entrepreneurs and individuals who want to start a business. The two biggest additions to the VIP ticket are the powerful networking lunches led by “Wealthy Bag Lady,” Linda Hollander, and the round table panel where you can ask all of our speakers and panel questions on business. Also, VIP tickets get automatic access to the Business Masters Teleclass series that starts in March, which is valued at $295.
