No Matter What

My sister Rochelle, my mom Karen, my other sister Lisa Nichols and Me!

I had the pleasure of attending Lisa Nichols No Matter What event last weekend with my mother and one of my sisters. It was an incredible experience to share this with them while having my own breakthroughs and transformations. The event was in Oceanside, CA and so we had a road trip and had a great time. (Including one speeding ticket and getting back home around 3 a.m. because we spent some time on the beach before heading back!)

On the drive down each of us set our intention of what we wanted to create during the weekend. I set my intention to remember, recommit and re-ignite my energy and motivation. For the past month or so I feel like I’ve been in sort of a funk, working hard and not creating the intended results so I knew it was time to get ME back into my center. And when that happens it’s usually because I don’t have clarity on my goals because I’m prioritizing to many things at once, OR I am hanging on so tightly to an expectation that I don’t allow anything else to come into my space. Can anyone relate with me on this?

I walked into the workshop room on the Saturday morning to 160 “friends I hadn’t met yet” (aka strangers) and left with 160 people who were just like me. We united together for something greater than our own struggles, for something greater than our past and illusions. We bonded over having similar and completely different breakthroughs. I was continually moved and inspired at the support this group gave each other to “live out loud for our dreams” as Lisa called it. We supported each other to “Say YES to our dreams.” We agreed to that right in this moment, “I take a stand for my dreams and support you in taking a stand for yours!” We tapped in deeper to our No Matter What mindsetthat place within us that will reach our goals No Matter What. That place within us that is unstoppable for us to create the legacy we know we are meant BE.

My intention that I set on the drive down was fulfilled along with so much more. I feel like I’m me again and to be a part of a community that is committed to remind me of what I said I wanted is invaluable. That is just one of the beautiful gifts I received during the weekend. I have a group of people who I can call on at any time to remind me of my greatness if I ever forget. Thank you to my No Matter What weekend friends and my consistent friends and family who always see my best self at the forefront.

I also connected on a deeper level with Lisa and some of her staff members. I was blown away with their commitment to serve the planet by sharing their message. Wow.
Along with remembering my purpose at a deeper level, I remember why I put everything on the line to start this business and bring Lisa to Utah. I had my own illumination moments and remembered why I believed in the possibility of creating a change for the world through empowering women despite my circumstances. Over the weekend I gave myself permission to look at what I’ve accomplished rather than focusing on what I stillĀ  need to do. Thank you to Tia Ross, Lisa’s master facilitator for the Motivating the Teen Spirit program for inspiring me one more time to continue with my vision of building a legacy for every women to remember their greatness.

To Our Illumination!

I agree with you completely! I was also lucky enough to be there to participate, learn and grow this last weekend. What a pleasure and growth experience it was. I am continuing the work and I am sure you will be too.

Take care,
