Tell us about yourself, your story, what you do?
My name is Rene’ Johnson and I am the owner of Emerggy Coaching. My journey is one of courage and life defining moments, which led me to my life passion and spirit path of coaching. I support professional women to find their voice and value, inspire changes and lead those changes in their lives by tapping into their power zones. I am a strong supporter of women owned businesses and associations and I provide empowered leadership and motivational programs. I have two daughters and two beautiful grandchildren. I am now married to my best friend and partner who supports my vision of making a difference. I enjoy gardening, my dogs, music, entertaining friends and good books on the beach. And as crazy as it may sound, I love public speaking and teaching!
What does it take to be an Illuminated Woman?
It takes courage and confidence to be an illuminated woman. She is someone who can stay in tune with her personal greatness and not allow external or internal barriers prevent her from showing up as her powerful self.
Why should every woman you know be at this event?
Women are not great at taking time to acknowledge their true self, their gifts and talents, or tapping into their passion and confidence, necessary to create the life they are deserving of. At this event, women will have the opportunity to find themselves and learn valuable lessons of how to keep illuminating so they can show up as their best self and realize their dreams.
What tips do you have to be an Illuminated Woman?
Have a defined personal vision detailing the legacy you want to leave behind. Take daily actions towards it. Be willing to self evaluate often and take risks to grow by changing your thinking or behavior styles that hold you back or prevent others you lead from growing. You must be willing to go to the edge in what you believe in! Find your voice and value, then inspire changes and lead those changes to the finish line.
What do you do daily to seek Illumination?
I start my day out reading one of my inspiring books, meditating and then reading my vision of success out loud. I work throughout the day to find ways to serve other women and bring their passions alive. When I am serving through coaching, I am truly illuminated. I also practice celebrating success and self-care, which allows me to stay confident, inspired and joyful.
