My name is Erica Moore-Burton, I am the co-owner of Monday Smiles, which is a fun loving self development company based in Los Angeles, CA. I am an author & professional speaker, executive recruiter, coach and attorney!
What does it take to be an Illuminated Woman?
That’s a great question, I think that it takes many things to be an illuminated woman, the most important thing is confidence. Confidence to me is the foundation and the key for fulfilling all of your dreams. To be illuminated is to embody the tools so that you have the confidence that you need for this journey. Whether or not this is an innate quality, your confidence levels can just keep on increasing, and as they do, life just gets better and better!
Why should every woman you know be at this event?

How do you seek Illumination?
I start my mornings with meditation, reading an excerpt from a book called Spiritual Liberation, reviewing my visualization journal and affirmations. My routine puts me in the right frame of mind for the day, and the illumination that I need to experience the gifts of the day.
