My name is Michelle McMullin, and my path to Illuminated Woman took a long turn through the hotel industry. I have worked in hotel management for the last ten years. Recently I have discovered that the organizational and operational skills from hotel management give me a unique opportunity to work with entrepreneurs with amazing ideas to discover the steps that roadmap the success they are looking for in their business.
2. What does it take to be an Illuminated Woman?
Being an Illuminated woman simply takes the willingness to be the best of who you are. Whatever your passion is, you can have it, be it, achieve it.
3. Why should every woman you know be at this event?
No matter where you are currently focused in your life, there is a speaker, a breakout, an opportunity designed to assist you in having it all. The opportunity to be with so many amazing women, all focused on being their best, and learning new tools is, in itself an amazing opportunity to grow.
4. What tips do you have to be an Illuminated Woman?
Michelle isn't afraid to have a little fun!
For me, Illumination is all about being willing to reach out, learn something new, take on a new challenge, and do the things you are passionate about. Live life as big as you can, touch as many people as you can, and the ripples just keep getting bigger.
5. What do you do daily to seek Illumination?
I am always looking for ways to assist others in being their best. Cooperation is the key; inviting everyone to participate with their strengths only allows us to create greater individual successes.
